The long awaited reopening of Sprouts Restaurant took place yesterday nearly 16 months after a fire destroyed the landmark restaurant. That fire took place on June 14th, 2012 and Jenny Wiemelt, Sprout's owner, promised to rebuild and rebuild they did.
It looks like the newly refurbished Sprouts Restaurant will be opening within the next week or two, as many of the hired employees were told they could give their two week notices to their current employers a few days ago. Sprouts, a very popular restaurant for years, burned down in a fire on June 14th, 2012.
