Rio Olympics

With no Olympian on the United States team this year from the Hannibal-Quincy area, you find yourself rooting on the athlete who lives the closest to us. This year that’s Ryan Held (pictured second from the left) of Sacred Heart Griffen in Springfield, Illinois.

With the Rio Olympics underway, the United States team is off to a good start. It's a team made of up athletes from all over the country including 31 from the tri-states of Illinois, Iowa and Missouri.
