Amtrak has announced that they will be resuming most of the Midwest schedules, which includes the trains to and from Chicago.

I was reading Saturday's Quincy Herald Whig and came across the Five on Five feature they print each week. One of the questions was "Is Passenger Rail Service Between Hannibal and Quincy a Good Idea?" The consensus was that it is a good idea. And I agree.
