If anyone knows me they know I love the blues. They also know that I am a fixture at the Blues in the District concerts and sit next to what is now known as the "Big Dog's Rock" in Washington Park. I know it is only March 18th but for the blues lovers out there the Annual Blues in the District is just 13 weeks away and the Historic Quincy Business District, the organizers for the event, has announced this year's lineup.
