Hannibal, Are You Ready to Build a Snowman?
November 26, 2012 Today's forecast mentions a slight chance of getting our first snowfall of the year. If and when we do get the first blanket of snow the Hannibal Parks and Recreation Department will be ready to begin the Hannibal Snowman Building Contest which will go on throughout the winter until the end of February.
