The Hannibal Jaycees are working hard to make this year's haunted house truly exceptional. Chris Powell, chairman of the Hannibal Jaycees Haunted House, took us through the haunted house site to give us a behind the scenes look at things to come in 2015.

To say there's plenty to do around the area this weekend is the understatement of the day.

Dogwoods, Cannibals, and Special Olympians top this weekend's calendar.

It will be here before you know it, 60 years of fun and heritage at National Tom Sawyer Days.

The 32nd Annual Budweiser/Bud Light Chili Cookoff will be held on Saturday, February 21 in Hannibal at the Admiral Coontz Armory. Up to 25 businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals will compete for cash prizes totaling $1750, plus the coveted title of “Best Local Chili.”

The Hannibal Jaycees 11th Annual Wing Ding held on Saturday was a huge success. All proceeds from the event went to the Marion County Ambulance District's program to place AED's (Automated External Defibrillators) throughout the Hannibal community.

The 11th Annual Wing Ding is coming to Hannibal on Saturday, January 24. The Wing Ding takes place at the Admiral Coontz Armory, where teams will compete for cash prizes of up to $1000, and bragging rights for having the “Best Wings of 2015.”

The Admiral Coontz Armory in Hannibal will be the place for some great chilli and fun.

The Hannibal Jaycees are celebrating another successful year of community fundraising.
