With the major storm moving through northeast Missouri and western Illinois Monday night, there are a number of closings and cancellations to report, along with local businesses and agencies providing help for those affected by the storm.

There is a mobile feeding center in the Quincy Mall parking lot serving lunch and dinner.

County Market and the Quincy Salvation Army are serving free lunch and dinner at the Kroc Center.

Dumpsters are set up in the Quincy Mall parking lot for food disposal.

John Wood Community College has set up a cooling center in the cafeteria at their central campus at 1301 South 48th. The center will be open until 8 p.m. Monday and from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Quincy Transit will not run Tuesday

Quincy University is closed

There are no garbage and recycling services in Quincy.

Vatterott College in Quincy is closed.

The Adams County Courthouse is closed.

The Quincy Mall is closed.

The Kroc Center is closed.

Quincy School Board office is closed.

Quincy Preferred Family Healthcare - no outpatient services.

Transitions of Western Illinois facilities closed.

No summer camp at Quincy Family YMCA

Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce office closed

All Quincy parks closed and locked, programs and classes cancelled.

The Red Cross has set up an emergency shelter at the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center at 639 York in Quincy.
