On the streets, in the basements, in the creeks. And guess who you see during all of this? Social Media. I have seen so many people get their phones out and start aiming at water. The Mighty Mississippi, pot holes with water in them, kids running through water, runners running through water on the streets. Social Media and water are everywhere.

This is a very dangerous situation because the water can creep up on you so fast. It can sweep you away in a second. Please watch your children during this time because kids love to play in water. In swimming pools, yes, not on a river bank where you could fall in.
