Salvation Army Serving Free Community Christmas Dinner

The Quincy Salvation Army will again serve a free community Christmas dinner. The event will be on Christmas day, Friday, December 25 from 11 to 12:30 p.m. This dinner will be held at the Kroc Center located at 495 Vermont Street.

Last year,the Salvation Army provided 1,230 food baskets at Christmas for families in need. Contributions to the yearly Christmas campaign help to provide these services and many others during the Christmas season and throughout the year.

Again this year the Salvation Army is in need of volunteers to help pack Christmas Baskets. This will happen on December 15 at 9 a.m. If you would like to volunteer you may simple show up to help.
