Quincy Restaurant to Close March 17

A Quincy restaurant is closing its doors.

Kelley Basinger, owner of 2thirty4, announced that she and her husband, Eric, would be closing the popular restaurant located at 234 N. 12th Street.

"Although we are sad to see it go, we are excited about the next chapter in our lives," she writes on Facebook

She cites "demands of running the business" as well as her and Eric's growing family as reasons for the closure.

"I'm going to miss the restaurant terribly, but I look forward to spending more time with friends and family," she says.

The restaurant's last day of business will be March 17.
