Quincy City Hall Holiday Schedule Announced

Quincy City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, January 1 in observance of the New Year’s Holiday.  City Hall will be open until 4:30 on Tuesday, December 31, New Year’s Eve. City Hall will reopen Thursday, January 2, 2014, for regular business hours.

Central Services will be closed on Wednesday January 1, 2014 in observance of the New Year’s Holiday. They will be open regular hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on New Year’s Eve Tuesday, December 31, 2013 and Thursday, January 2, 2014.  Garbage and Recycle normally scheduled for Wednesday will be picked up on Thursday, January 2, 2014.

City buses will operate on their Sunday/Holiday schedule on New Year’s Day.  That schedule can be found on the city web site - http://www.quincyil.gov/government/CityDepartments/Transit/routes/sundayholiday
