I can remember going to the Washington Theater in Quincy to see Mary Poppins. I thought it was so magical and fun to watch. Now as I look back on it, I can appreciate the movie even more. I have a grandson who loves watching Mary Poppins. And now it is coming to the stage in Quincy!

“Last summer, Les Misérables was our biggest show to date. Now here we are, a year later presenting a show that will be even bigger,” said Quincy Community Theatre's Artistic Director, Brandon Thomsen. “Mary Poppins utilizes a large cast, features an abundance of choreography, and demands magical special effects and flying. We hope this community will embrace the opportunity to be involved with a production that will create memories that last a lifetime. What a way to spend a summer!”

Quincy Community Theatre has opened audition appointments to local actors, vocalists and dancers for the chance to participate in one of the most iconic family musicals to ever hit the stage or screen.
