Quincy City Hall Announces Holiday Observance Hours

Quincy City Hall will be closed at noon on Thursday, Dec.24 and closed all day on Christmas. City Hall will reopen Monday, December 28 for regular business hours. Quincy City Hall will be closed on Friday, January 1 in observance of the New Year's Holiday. City Hall will be open until 4:30 on Thursday, December 31. City Hall will reopen on Monday, January 4 ,2016.for regular business hours.

Central Services will be open on Thursday, December 24 from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. They will be closed on Christmas and New Year's Day. They will be open regular hours of 7\ 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, December 28; Thursday, December 31; and Monday January 4, 2016.

Garbage and Recycle normally scheduled for Friday will be picked up on Thursday, December 24, 2015 and Thursday, December 31, 2015.

City buses will not be operating on Christmas Day but will operate on their regular schedule on Christmas Eve, Thursday,December 24, but will stop running at 4 p.m. New Years Eve, Thursday, December 31, buses will run their regular schedule ending at 6 pm. The buses will operate on their Sunday/Holiday schedule on New Year's Day. That schedule can be found on the city web site.
