Quincy Alzheimer’s Association Open House

The Alzheimer’s Association-Quincy Area Office will host a Holiday Open House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at their 2nd floor office in the Quincy Senior Center at 639 York Street.

It’s an opportunity to learn more about the programs and services offered by the office, meet the staff and sample goodies from the Tracy Girls Cookbook which is a collection of recipes by the Robert and Dorothy Tracy family.
The 2012 Central Illinois Chapter ornament also will be sold at the Open House. The 5-inch, limited edition glass ornament was handcrafted by central Illinois artist Hiram Toraason.

Cookbooks are $20 each, the ornaments are $30 with all proceeds going to the Quincy Alzheimer’s Association Office.
