The first day of fall is here. We have to fight this so lets try to knock it down a little.

But what Allergy sufferers might not know is that the air inside your house may be even more aggravating to their allergies than the air outside. Indoor air pollution levels are much higher than those outdoors, maybe up to 2 to 5 more times higher.

One of the main factors for indoor air pollution is the spreading of allergens, such as mold, by a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system. Mold and ragweed are the most common allergy triggers present this time of year. Some things you can do to create a safe breathing environment is to schedule a fall service tune up,change your air filter, install a humidifier and clean the air ducts in your home.
