Q.U. Hawks Men’s & Women’s Basketball Tourney Brackets Released

The Great Lakes Valley Conference released the final brackets with game times for the G.L.V.C. Championship Tournament to be played Thursday through Sunday (March 3-6) at Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri.

The No. 4-seed Quincy University women will play No. 5-seed Truman State at 6 p.m. on Thursday (March 3) in the quarterfinal round. The winner will play the advancing team between No. 1-seed Lewis and No. 8-seed Indianapolis in the semifinals at 2:30 p.m. Saturday (March 5). The women’s championship game is set for 1 p.m. Sunday (March 6).

The Lady Hawks and Bulldogs split two games during the regular season with QU winning a 65-53 decision in their game last Thursday (Feb. 25).

On the men’s side, No. 7-seed Quincy will take on No. 2-seed Drury at 6 p.m. on Friday (March 4). The winner will move to the semifinals on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. to play the advancing team between No. 3-seed U.W.-Parkside and No. 6-seed Truman State. The men’s championship game will be played Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
