Pitch Hit and Run Plus a Lot Of Fun

I know you have been hearing about this for the past month or so and it is almost here.

The Pitch Hit and Run event over at QU Stadium is this Sunday afternoon. This is a big deal. This is the Major League Baseball's local pitch , hit and run. This is open to boys and girls ages 7 thru 14. Local champions have the opportunity to advance to the sectional compitition's, then the team championship and the National finals at the 2013 MLB All Star week. All procceds will be given to the Quincy area YMCA and Quincy Park District  for their local baseball ball programs. This is a win win for local boys and girls.

All of this is at QU Stadium this Sunday Starting at 2pm. And there is a little baseball game to be played that evening if you care to come out and get some laughs. Some of the local media, teachers and coach's are along for the ride as well. It is going to be a very fun day.
