The nursing industry is changing daily as technology changes and the population ages. In the United States the nursing industry is expected to grow at more than double the rate of the average occupation through the year 2024 according to a study made by the WalletHub Website. WalletHub used several factors in determining the best and worst places for nurses to work in the United States. Wisconsin was the best place to work and Washington, D.C. was the worst place to work. The State of Iowa came in 3rd, Illinois 17th and Missouri 22nd on the list.
