News of Another Scam to Worry About!

It seems like this has been the summer for scam's in the area. And now, we have another one in the area.

The Quincy Police Department has alerted us about the latest one. This one has individuals going door to door stating they are with Ameren. These scamers state that they are conducting survey's about electricity costs and that they have been authorized by the City of Quincy to complete these surveys. SCAM ALERT! The city of Quincy nor Ameren is conducting surveys about electricity use. If a scammer comes to your door about this, tell them to go take a hike and get a life.
