New Music 101: Lorde ‘Team’

At the ripe old age of 17, Lorde is crashing the charts again with her second single, 'Team.'

New Zealand born Ella Maria Lani Yelich-O'Connor seems polished beyond her years to be certain. She isn't singing the usual fare that young stars of her age do. Instead she's actually bringing a fresh, new attitude and songs that are both lyrically interesting and unique in style.

So far it's certainly working. Her debut hit 'Royals' was a multi-national mega-hit and her second single 'Team' is getting even better early reviews.
