Selena Gomez made sure to be very public with her latest outing with BFF Demi Lovato -- because it was just as her on-again off-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber, got arrested. The camera-happy starlet seems to be doing well, and Lovato dished on their friendship, as well as what to expect from her own Neon Lights tour.

"We're really, really close," Lovato told Ryan Seacrest (via E! Online) of her friendship with Gomez. "And any advice I had for her, we talked last night and -- you know -- it's between us. But I love her so much."

So how's the 'Come & Get It' singer holding up? Lovato dished, "We have an incredible friendship. [Selena] is strong! She's doing really well right now! She's doing really well right now and I'm really happy for her."

Something else Lovato is happy about? Hitting the road for her Neon Lights tour. She has some big promises for her Lovatics! "I really would like to change cover songs every city if possible," she revealed. "I have special guests who will be touring with me at some points and I think it's going to be really exciting."

So what can Lovatics expect from her live show? The unexpected! "I've never put on a show like this before and I'm shooting video content tomorrow that I helped direct that's going to be playing during the concert -- kind of like Beyoncé's album where she did music videos for each song," Lovato said. "It's kind of like that so I'm really excited."

Who else is excited? Her beloved Lovatics, because she promised to perform 'Believe in Me!' Now if only Lovato could use Wilmer Valderrama's bad reputation to further her own fame like her bestie!
