National Running Day is the first Wednesday in June. Will you take the challenge?

As some of you know, we in Quincy just finished with Bridge The Gap Race. Some 2000 runners were at Clatt Adams Park this past Saturday. It was for a very good cause, to raise money for people who cannot afford their medications. That is why I help Bridge the Gap to Health Race, to make sure these people get their medicine and to help others in need. I do not race in the event, but I help by being an MC at the stage area. This is a hometown kind of thing where we know these people and they know us.

National running day can be any day. Look at all the runners wherever you go in Quincy. They run for fun and they run to help people in our area.
