This year, I've tried to get to the gym more often than usual. And while it's not easy by any means, I do find it easier with a custom playlist. These songs help me get my workout in and I figured I'd share with you.

I usually try to get in at least a 30-minute workout (longer if I have time) at least three times a week. And every time, it's to the following tracks. These songs seem to really get me excited to workout and save me a lot of time trying to find "just the right song". You'll notice a lot of '90s and early 2000's (and some stuff you probably won't hear me play on the air). Hey, don't judge me. These were my college anthems!
