I know, I know it's not even Halloween yet, but a girl can be excited for something in 2020. Right?

As we inch closer to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, I have been patiently waiting for this announcement as I do every year: the Hallmark holiday movie lineup. And I am extremely excited because this holiday season we get 40 new holiday movies!

I can't be the only one who gets excited about these movies, right? Is it so bad that I pay a little extra for the Hallmark Channel App just so I can binge watch these movies? There is just something about wearing your holiday jammies, drinking coffee or hot chocolate, or my bottles of Hallmark wine that I ordered (hey, don't judge me), and watching these characters fall in love and live happily ever after.

I make a whole weekend out of baking cookies, drinking, and having some friends over to watch Hallmark Christmas movies. This year's movies, I think, could be the best. We get out first movie of the year right before Halloween, October 23 (never too early in my opinion). I am like Elf right now; smiling because smiling is my favorite after reading the list of holiday movies coming our way this season.

I don't know if it's because I love seeing the actors and actresses from the sitcomes I grew up with (e.g. Candace Cameron Bure,  Lacey Chabert) but I am completely obsessed and I can not wait until October 23.
