Mayor Moore to Hold ‘Lunch In the Park’
The first 2015 Lunch in the Park with Mayor Kyle Moore is set for Tuesday, June 16th, from noon to 1 p.m. in Washington Park at 5th and Maine Streets. This is the first in a series of three summer lunches that will be scheduled during 2015.
The July and August lunches are tentatively scheduled for July 14 and August 18, however, these dates are subject to change.
Those attending the June 16 gathering are encouraged to bring their lunch and are reminded of the many fine eating establishments in the Historic Business District that have carry out. Picnic tables will be provided by the Quincy Park District. The Farmers Market will also be taking place that morning.
