Make Safety Part Of Your Labor Day Weekend Plans

The Highway Patrol will be participating in Operation C.A.R E over Labor Day Weekend.

All available officers will be patrolling Missouri's roadways enforcing Missouri's speed limits, seat belt and alcohol laws in addition to being available to assist motorists. Troopers throughout the state will participate in a special enforcement operation on September 4 and again on September 7. It is a busy time and all available officers will be patrolling Missouri's highways and also patrolling a busy boating weekend.

With more boats on the water, you need to be more aware of where vessels are. And if you choose to drink alcohol, don't operate a vessel. Pay attention to to the boats around you.
