Loraine Lion’s Festival is This Friday and Saturday

The Loraine Lion’s Festival will take place this Friday and Saturday in Loraine, Illinois.  A fish fry will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Loraine Fire House for a free will offering. The band 13-Stitches will perform in the park Friday night.

On Saturday the town-wide garage sales will be held beginning at 8, and a softball tournament and a co-ed volleyball tournament will begin at 9. At 10 the Little Tiny Master and Miss Loraine Gala will take place followed by a garden tractor pull at 11.

At 4:30 the kid’s games will start with the cook off competition beginning at 6:30. The Crossroads Country Opry will also be held with a raffle drawing at 8:30 that night.
