With hot weather in the forecast this weekend, it’s probably safe to assume that waterparks will be pretty popular. One park that families in our area have been enjoying is Knight’s Action Park and Splash Kingdom in Springfield, IL. If you’d like to plan a short road trip to see what it’s all about, here’s everything you’ll need to know:

Knight’s Action Park has activities and attractions for just about everyone, parents included. Attractions include a 50 tee driving range, go-karts, batting cages and even an old-fashioned drive-in movie theater. At Splash Kingdom (which opens May 27 for the 2017 season) you’ll find water slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river.
