Pop diva Kelly Clarkson made a stop at New York City's Radio City Music Hall on July 16, the fourth stop on her Piece By Piece Tour, and completely made some lucky fan's night.

The "Since U Been Gone" singer and original American Idol winner, whose tour kicked off July 11, always performs a fan requested cover at her shows, and Thursday night was no different. The evening's cover? The smash hit single "Jealous" by Clarkson's upcoming tour-mate Nick Jonas, as requested by an audience attendee. (Nice choice!)

"I'm so excited to sing this song because I love this guy,” a particularly giggly Clarkson exclaimed to the crowd before launching into the soulful, stripped-down rendition. "We're going to be touring together in Canada after we finish here in the States. This is Nick Jonas’ song ‘Jealous,’ and this is dedicated to Danielle, who requested it in the audience. Are y'all gonna sing? You better sing if you know it!"

If you weren't there, some kind soul in the audience recorded the magical moment for all the Internet to experience, so you can check it out, above. And since Jonas will be joining Clarkson on the Canadian leg of her tour as the opening act starting in October, who knows—maybe we'll get an amazing duet between the two superstars, just like what happened at Taylor Swift's concert a few weeks ago. Hey, a fan can dream, right?
