Jimmie English Benefit Dinner and Auction

The community of Monroe City will gather for a benefit dinner and auction on October 6 for Jimmie English.

Jimmie began having health problems last Halloween, and survived a major surgery that saved his life. However, he has since developed a rare, post-surgery syndrome that is causing debilitating side effects. He is only the 9th person in the United States to receive this diagnosis.

The benefit dinner and auction for Jimmie will be at the Monroe City Knights of Columbus Hall, at 405 S. Main in Monroe City. A BBQ pork dinner will begin at 6, and the auction begins at 7. Carry-outs will be available. The flyer for this event is below. Click to enlarge.
