It's Going To Be A Great Time To Head To The Movies

There were several great moments in the Super Bowl lat night. Patriots down 21-3 at halftime, Lady Gaga putting on an outstanding halftime show, and the Patriots winning in overtime. It is what a Super Bowl should be. But for me its all about the commercials and movie trailers and we got some great trailers last night. Here are my picks!

Stranger Things 2 - Halloween

I know its not a movie but, I was soooooo excited when I say the trailer for Netflixs' Stranger Things....but was sooooo disappointed that I have to wait until Halloween to get season 2.

The Fate of the Furious - April 14th

Coming out April 14, this will be the 8th movie in the Fast & Furious franchise. It looks like Dom is going rouge. Rumor has it in the 9th film (yes there is a 9th and 10th film) that they will be using Paul Walker's brothers again for a cameo or two. You can say this will be the movie kicking of the 2017 Summer blockbusters.

Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 - May 5th

The Guardians are back, with a few new friends to the team, and Baby Grout of course. The movie also adds a sweet soundtrack that is a must have. In the squeal, the team try's to figure out Peter Quill's (Starlord's) past.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales - May 26th

OMG!!!! Captain Jack Sparrow is BACK!!!! I will be first in line to see this one, I am a HUGE fan of this franchise. Although the last two movies were OK, in this one we get more of the original cast. Orlando Bloom (Will Turner), Jeffery Bush (Barbossa), David Wenham (Gibbs), and introducing Javier Bardem (Captain Salazar). The premises for this movie Captain Jack is searching for the trident of Poseidon.

Transformers: The Last Knight June 23rd

In the fifth (and hopefully final) installment of the Transformers franchise the humans and transformers are at war. The trailer shows Optimus Prime floating in space and turning against the Auto-bots. The last movie I couldn't even get through and didn't do really well, I am surprised they made another one. Bu I will go see it, I love a good fight movie!
