One of my favorite days is almost here, and I'm getting chills up my back! Yes, Halloween is coming up fast. Are you ready?

It is one of those things that is pretty hard to escape. I have seen some decorations around the area and they all look very scary. But what if you don't have a clue what to do for the big scare? I may be able to help you with that.

Halloween is on one of those things that is pretty hard to escape. Decorations in yards, paper pumpkins sold for charity on the wall at the bank, invitations to school events, rows of costumes at Walmart.....it is everywhere. So how about some ideas? Try these.

Build a little grave yard, put five or six coffins in the yard and have people live in them for Halloween Night. Make scary noises and give out scary yells every now and then. They only get out of the coffin if they have to pee. Much screaming and yelling.

How about this? A scary wedding. People get married on Valentine's day or New Year's Eve. Why not on Halloween? Great costumes, makeup, scary sound effects and all the wedding candy you can eat.

Or rent a limo, get all dressed in your best dead wear and stop at all the bars in town. You're almost guaranteed to get a free drink out of it. Make sure you get a designated scary driver that loves to drink Kool Aid.

Just some of the ideas to get you going on what is a very busy night, for the kids and the big kids. Halloween is now like a big month long extravaganza celebrated by kids and adults and of course much welcomed by merchandisers as a high point of the year.
