Instant Art Dollars puts the Arts in Education. Which means the art program for kids.

The 2012-2013 Instant Art Dollar program of the Quincy Society of Fine Arts gave $100,055 in grants to 17 schools. A total of 145 requests were received and 6,645 students were impacted. Funds were used to attend performances of the Muddy River opera Company and the Quincy Community Theater and to visit the Quincy Art Center, the Historical Society of Quincy and Adams County and the Quincy Museum.

The Arts in Education program in Quincy has given many young people the chance to get up close and personal with Quincy artists and educators. For more information call the QSFA at 222-2432.
