The outlook on lights are changing, due to Congress and the Security Act.

What is the Security Act? Congress passed a law back in 2007 to switch out the use of incandescent light bulbs to more energy-efficient bulbs. In other words, brighter is better when it comes to Halogen bulbs. So manufacturers will cease production on the old 60 and 40 watt incandescent bulbs. Other options include fluorescent light bulbs as well as LED bulbs. They may cost more up front but long term they will save you money on energy.

So say goodbye to the old dim bulb and hello to a brighter future.
