Illinois State Police Urge Teens to Make Good Choices

Prom and graduation season is upon us, and Illinois State Troopers will be watching to keep kids safe. Illinois State Police will be conducting high visibility patrols with aggressive enforcement of the Fatal Four Violations which are: DUI, Speeding, Seat Belt and Distracted Driving.

In addition, Seat Belt Enforcement Zones will also be conducted. The goal in all of this is voluntary compliance. The Illinois State Police want everyone to have a great prom and graduation experience. The goal is in the word, PROM, "Please Return On Monday." Make sure your memories of this year's prom and graduation are positive ones.
