Hunting Lingo – Can Someone Translate This for Me?

It has been a few years since I have gone hunting with the boys and things have changed.

I was looking through a hunting flyer that I received in the mail and I was very surprised to find that hunting lingo has changed. It used to be you got your gun, made sure everything was legal, made sure your gun was safe to use, tell the wife you will be back in a while, then go to the woods.

Well, now you have to get your Crooked Horn Bino System, grab your GameSpy, make sure your Miss November Doe Decoy is set up, get your Screamin Heat Enhanced Estrous, take your Scent Control Storage Bag, get your Tree Spider on and don't forget that Crooked Horn Bino System.

And that is just the beginning. Whatever happened to just going hunting?
