Do you like beer? What about history? Trolleys? If you said yes to one or more of those things, the Historical Society of Quincy and Adams County is offering something that might quench your thirst for both beer and knowledge.

Experience some local history this weekend and sample some of the area’s finest breweries during the historic Quincy Brewery Tour this Saturday, July 1st. A trolley will be taken to local breweries including the Quincy Brewery, Bluff Brewery, Eber Brewery, Washington Brewery, Ruff Brewery, and Dick Brothers Brewery.

This event will highlight the history of Quincy, and stories of the history of the breweries will be told alongside free tasting events. However, there are a very limited number of seats available for this event, so register soon by contacting the Historical Society of Quincy and Adams County at (217) 222-1835. Of course, all participating must be 21 years of age or older.
