The personal finance website WalletHub conducted an in-depth analysis of  the 2016 Best & Worst cities for Illinois families to live.
To identify the most family-friendly Illinois cities, WalletHub’s analysts compared 162 cities in the Prairie State across 21 key metrics. Their data set ranges from the percentage of families with young children to median family income to housing affordability.

With 1 being the best and 162 being the worst here are the findings for the City of Quincy.
