Health And Wellness 2016 Expo

This is a great time to get in shape. And after the holidays we all could use some tweeking.

That is why the Oakley Lindsay Center in Quincy is having the Health and Wellness 2016 Expo. Now is the time to get that body back in shape after all the food, laying around and partying after the new year.

Sixteen vendors will be on hand with all kinds of information for you to to look at and take home. This all takes place on Saturday, January 16 from 10am to 2pm. Be sure to stop by the Oakley Lindsay Center because there will be 200 Free Child ID Kits that include Fingerprinting, DNA Sample, Photo, and a short video put on file for you to keep. All this provided by the Grand Lodge of Illinois and Payson Masons Lodge #379.
