Have Some Fun With the Hannibal Parks And Recreation Department

The Hannibal Parks and Recreation Department has big plans for the summer.

Their upcoming events list is full of things to do with the kids (and us the big kids).  Here are just a few of the fun events coming up in Hannibal.

• Movies in the Park, 9 p.m. June 20 at Huckleberry Park. 'Wreck-It Ralph.' Bring blankets or chairs to sit on the slope by the tennis court
• Ride Cool at the Ramp Park,  10 a.m. to noon July 26. 200 helmets and t-shirts from Hannibal Clinic Health Services. Free entry to Ramp Park at Huckleberry Park. Raffles and exhibition.
• Sunday Funday at Hannibal Aquatic Center, June 15: Fathers get in free with child, June 22: Participants in the H.O.R.S.E. tournament get in free with ticket

But as you know, the biggest blast of the summer in Hannibal is coming on July 3 - 5 with National Tom Sawyer Days. Some say Tom Sawyer Days is the biggest party of the summer. It is nothing but great food, great rides for the kids and great entertainment for the whole family. And you have to see the fireworks display? It is the biggest around. We will see you in Hannibal, Missouri for all the fun this summer!
