A 22-year-old Hannibal man is accused of selling methamphetamine.

According to a press release from the Hannibal Police Department, Dylan S. Howell was arrested on a warrant charging him with Distribution of a Controlled Substance on September 15 after an investigation by the Hannibal Police Department's Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad.

Howell's bond was set at $100,000, cash only.

On Tuesday September 15th, 22 year old Dylan S Howell, of Hannibal, was arrested on a warrant issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court, charging him with Distribution of a Controlled Substance. The warrant is a result of an investigation conducted by the Hannibal Police Departments Anti- Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) into Howell selling Methamphetamine. Howells bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only.

A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
