The Hannibal Jaycees recently presented checks to Down Country and Landon's Helping Paws.

The 13th Annual Wing Ding, presented by the Hannibal Jaycees and Miller Lite, was recently held in Hannibal. The Jaycees raised $6200 for Down Country.   Pictured is Jamie McCoy (Hannibal Jaycees co-chair of the event) and Mark Adams (Mark Twain Distributing) presenting the check for $6,200 to Kate Dougherty of Down Country.

Down Country is a local organization that provides training and promoting positive awareness for individuals of all disabilities and abilities. The Hannibal Jaycees also held their 1st Annual 5K Rooster Run in January to kick off the Wing Ding!  That run raised $1,005 for Landon’s Helping Paws in Lincoln and Pike Counties.
