Hannibal Cavemen to Honor Veterans During July 14 U.S. Military All-Stars Game

The Hannibal Cavemen will host a special game on July 14 at Clemens Field. The Cavemen will play the U.S. Military All-Stars at 7:05. During this game, all veterans will be admitted free with their military IDs, and there will be special giveaways and fireworks following the game.

Hannibal Cavemen general manager John Civitate says that this is the first year for the Hannibal Cavemen to play the U.S. Military All-Stars, "This is our first year to play against this group. They play against all levels of baseball teams, they have played against the Major Leagues, 3A, now they playing against our Prospect League.They are all still in active duty." Civitate says that the three of the Prospect League teams in our region will play the U.S. Military All-Stars, "They will be playing the Sliders July 11, Gems July 12, then the Cavemen July 14."

For non-veterans, the standard Cavemen ticket prices will be in effect for the U.S. Military All-Stars Game.
