“It’s awesome, going into the Mark Twain Cave area–nice and flat, shaded, and then back out into the sun–it was great.  We look forward to “the hill”, that’s why we come down…love the hills; we look forward to it every year, and we get better every year.”

It’s still a big hill; I’ve run it almost every year… I’ve done the 10k, 5k lots of times–Lover’s Leap is still Lover’s Leap.”

A Fun Run was held at 9 a.m. for children 10 and under.

Proceeds from the Hannibal Cannibal benefit the Hannibal Regional Hospital’s Healthy Way Campaign, which is raising funds to build a community fitness trail on the medical campus.
