The Quincy Park District and Vatterott College are offering free fun for the whole family.

The Fall Festival will take place on September 27 at the Batting Cage in Quincy from 1 to 4 p.m. The kids and adults will be able to act like Harry Potter while learning how to play Quidditch from Kansas University Quidditch club alumni.

The Quincy Art Center will be judging a Parking Lot Picasso art contest at 3 p.m. Families can register for a parking spot and create a fall-themed work of art with sidewalk chalk. Prizes will be given out for the best work of art and for completing the park-wide scavenger hunt.

The Batting Cage will be open and concessions will be available. A kickball tournament will also be held in conjunction with the festival. Team registration is $20 and registration deadline is September 24.
