Fess Up Mr. Mayor

The Mayor of San Marino, California has some explaining to do.

It seems that the Mayor was caught on camera throwing a bag of dog poop on his neighbor's property. The owner's security footage show's the Mayors wife walking in front of the mayor and pointing to the walkway. The Mayor then flings the bag of excrement onto the walkway and continue's to walk without stopping. The mayor did send a letter of apology to the home owner saying it would not happen again. But the Mayor never explained why he did it in the first place. The saga continues.
