Every Child Needs A Hero, But Abused Children Deserve Superheroes – Superhero 5K Fun Run Coming Up in July

Douglas Community Services and CASA need your help.

The Court Appointed Special Advocates is organizing a CASA Superhero 5K Fun Run to be held July 27, 2013 at Riverside Park In Hannibal. The goal of the race is to promote awareness of the unfortunate presence of child abuse in our community, increase the visibility of CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocates), to recruit more volunteer CASA advocates and to raise funds to insure the program can serve as many children as possible.

All proceeds from the race will benefit the abused and neglected children of Marion, Ralls and Monroe Counties in Missouri.
