The Granite Bank Gallery, 428 Maine, will feature an exhibit entitled All in the Familyby three generations of a local Quincy family.  The exhibit will be on display Dec. 13-Jan 15.  Opening night is Dec. 13, 5:30-7:30pm.  The featured artists include, Jerry Aden, who is a nationally known wildlife artist, will display his very accurate and detailed watercolors.  His daughter, Angela Aden Barnes, and her husband, Blaine Barnes will represent the second generation.  Angela is multitalented, creating with acrylics and capturing her love of architecture and history with creative photography.  Blaine Barnes is a Quincy native and current art teacher at Quincy High School.  He enjoys taking a picture or drawing and abstracting them into organic shapes and forms.  Both take realistic subjects and add a colorful twist of expression.  Their daughter, Madalyn Barnes, is the third generation artist.  Currently a college student, she recently finished an internship at the Hope Institute for Children.  She learned that all art is beautiful and has a story.  All work in different mediums and styles.
