‘Art’ being Performed in Hannibal

Winner of the 1998 Tony Award for Best Play and winner of the 1996 Olivier Award for Best Comedy, ‘Art’ will be presented at THE GREAT ROOM in Hannibal, MO Saturday, Feb. 2 at 7 pm. Tickets will be available at the door for $12.

‘Art’ is the story of three friends who are to odds over a very expensive painting that is white on a white canvas, which comes to represent their friendship. The rules that dictate art and friendship are not always black and white. As lines are drawn, the three friends square off over the canvas as they question the nature of art and test the bonds of friendship.
