Don’t Forget Quincy’s Winter Festival This Saturday

It is the first of it's kind in Quincy. Have you tried it yet?

Yes, we are talking River Skate. But it is not a traditional frozen ice rink. Instead, it utilizes Super-Glide Synthetic ice. You can see what it is all about this Saturday, January 19 at Clatt Adams Park on Quincy's riverfront during the Winter Festival.

You will find a kids carnival, a silly winter hat contest, fun crafts and of course, skating. Food vendors will on hand if you get hungry and there is no registration required. All of this is sponsored by River Skate, The Quincy Park District and Y101 radio.
